Abstract:Toobtaintheinitiationresponeruleofexplosivecompoundundertheactionofplasma,theplasmainitiationexperi
mentsofexplosivecompoundwereperformedusingelectricalexplodingofnickelchromium (NiCr)andtungsten(W)wiresas
aplasmageneratingsource,thevoltageandcurrentofplasmaweremeasuredbyoscilloscope,andwhetherexplosivedetonation
wasjudgedbywitnessplates.Resultsshow thattheabilityofoctogen(HMX)initiatedbyNiCrwireplasmaisstrongerthanthat
ofHMXnitiatedbyW wireplasma.WhentheinitiationofHMXwithparticlesizeof140"m and21"m andof10% chargedensi
tydifferenceisselected,andlowerchargedensityandsmallerparticlesizeareused,theplasmainitiationresponeofHMXismore
intense.HMX,1,1diamino2,2dinitroethylene(FOX7),Nguanylureadinitramide(FOX12),2,6diamino3,5dinitropyrazine
1oxide(LLM105)andtriaminotrinitrobenzene(TATB)canbeinitiatedbyplasma.2,4dinitroanisole(DNAN)isignitedbyheat
ofelectricalexplodingwire.TheorderofNiCrwireplasmainitiationsensitivityisHMX>LLM105 ≈FOX7>FOX12>TATB.The
mechanism ofexplosiveinitiatedbyplasmaisinferredasmixedinitiationmechanism.A particlescombustionmodelbasedon
plasmaisproposed.
