Abstract:Theexplosiveinitiatorusedforaircraftisaproductwithhighreliabilityandlonglife.Inordertoimprovethestoragelife
assessmentprecisionofsmallsamplesizeexplosiveinitiator,throughtheanalysisoftheinfluencefactorsonstoragelife,anaccel
eratedstoragelifemodeldescribingtherelationofstoragelifeandstoragetemperatureforexplosiveinitiatorwasestablishedanda
methodsuitedfortestingandevaluatingtheacceleratedstoragelifeofexplosiveinitiatorusedforaircraftwasproposedviaacom
binationofsensitivitytestandacceleratedtest.Basedonthesensitivitytestdataofexplosiveinitiatorafteraccelerationandgeneral
izedlinearmodel,themaximum likelihoodestimationsofthesensitivitydistributionparametersweregiven.Then,thestoragelife
assessmentofexplosiveinitiatorusedforaircraftwasperformedaccordingtoapproximatenormalcharacteristicsofparameteresti
mations.Themethodwasappliedtooneaircraftexplosiveinitiator.Theresultsshow thattheeffectiveevaluationofexplosiveiniti
atorrequiredtostoremorethan15yearscanbecarriedoutviatestdataobtainedbyasamplesizeofabout150andaperiodof
about40days.
