Abstract:On the basis of the affecting factors on the cellular structure of detonation waves of hydrocarbon fuels spraying in air,it can be concluded that a change in initial temperature shows a little influence on the cell size,while the cell size increases with the decrease of initial pressure. Furthermore,the presence of a certain amount of inert gases,such as nitrogen,can enlarge the cell size. The enhance of initiating energy will lead to a more complex cellular structure.

Abstract:The rotating mirror type slot scanning photography and fragment recovery technique were applied to study the explosive acceleration and fragmentation behaviors of both bainitic and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel shells drived by different explosive loadings. Based on the experimental results obtained,the coupling of shell steels to explosive performances of loadings have been analyzed and discussed.
Abstract:The 2 D and 3 D numerical simulation of the static blast test of a directional fragmentation warhead was conducted by using the software of ANSYS/LSDYNA. The fragment velocity,the ejection angle distribution of fragments,and the physical process of detonation-driving fragments by the warhead were all obtained. The numerical simulation is in a good agreement with the experimental results.

Abstract:The application techniques of the composites and the mass ratio of phosphorus-based smoke agent(HG94) to infrared interfering smoke agent(FY) in the composites were studied,and the smoke screen performances were tested. Under the conditions that the mass ratio of HG94 to FY in the composite is 2:1 and that of the composite to the explosive is 40:1,and the FY powder is charged above the HG94 cake,the composite possesses not only screening effects on visible lights but also interfering functions to laser,mid-IR and far-IR lights.

Abstract:Nanocomposite CuO·PbO with different Cu/Pb mass ratio was prepared by solid state reaction method at room temperature using CuCl2·2H2O and Pb(NO3)2 as starting materials. The particle size,crystal form,and crystal phase were determined with XRD and TEM. Average particle size of samples is about 15 nm.The catalytic effects of nanocomposite CuO·PbO on the thermal decomposition of RDX were investigated by DSC. The results show that the peak temperature of thermal decomposition shifts downward by 10.5 ℃,the decomposition enthalpy increases by 618 J·g-1(about 55.7%),and the apparent activation energy of the thermal decomposition decreases by 46.05 kJ·mol-1.

Abstract:The thermal behavior,mechanism and kinetic parameters of the first-stage exothermic decomposition reaction of the title compound in a temperature-programmed mode were investigated by means of DSC,TG-DTG and IR. The reaction mechanism has been proposed. The empirical kinetic model functions in differential forms,the apparent activation energy (Ea) and the pre-exponential factor(A)of this reaction are 1/3(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]-2, 166.6 kJ·mol-1 and 1013.29 s-1, respectively. The critical temperature of thermal explosion of the compound is 191.16 ℃. The values of ΔS≠,ΔH≠ and ΔG≠ of the reaction are 50.8 J·mol-1·K-1,162.9 kJ·mol-1 and 139.9 kJ·mol-1,respectively.

Abstract:Some derivatives of 1,4,5,8-tetraazanaphthano(2,3,-6,7) bisfurazan were synthesized by hydroxymethylation,acylation,nitration,azidation. The structures of these furazan energetic compounds were identified with 1HNMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.

Abstract:The behaviors of dust explosion of flake aluminum powder,RDX powder and their mixtures were studied experimentally by using a 20 L explosion vessel. On the basis of the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate,it has been demonstrated that there exists a synergistic effect on the maximum explosion pressure in the mixtures of the two powders with proper ratios. In addition,the history of the maximum explosion pressure rise rate is changed with the variation of aluminum powder contents of the mixtures.

Abstract:The research and development on energetic binders for propellants abroad are summarized,focusing on the synthesis and applications of several thermoplastic elastomers,such as GAP,polymer of NIMM and copolymer of BAMO/AMMO etc. All of them are promising in potential uses in propellants.
Abstract:The experimental and theoretical researches on the gas phase thermal decomposition of DMNA were systematically reviewed,compared and analyzed. The author of this paper has made some comments on the correctness and creditability of the data and conclusions which have been published in the literatures. Based on the initial step of dissociation of N—NO2,the probable mechanism of gas phase thermal decomposition of DMNA has been proposed in detail.

Abstract:The ultrasonic technique applied to the preparation of ultrafine explosives is described,and it has been demonstrated that the ultrasonic oscillation performs very good effects on the breaking of comparative large particles,dispersing of super fine particles,and adjusting the cavities inside the particles. In addition,the ultrasonic radiation can be used for fine TATB to retard the growth of crystals.

Abstract:Pyrotechnic automatic controlling system consisting of pyrotechnic automatic elements is one of the latest development of pyroautomatics,and this kind of system is quite promising in the fields of astronautics,fire fighting,automation of chemical processes,safety in production and so on . Pyrotechnic automatic elements widely used in pyrotechnic automatic systems include initiating,transmitting,time-programming,signal-transforming,logical,and executive elements. The pyrotechnic agents used for different kinds of pyrotechnic automatic elements should have different properties. Several compositions and elements for automatic controlling and an example for protection control of chemical processes have been given.
