Abstract:In this article, dinitroamide amnoniun (ADN) was prepared by a new method from acrylonitrile and the mechanism of 2,2′-dicyanoethanyl amine was discussed and the best reaction condition was studied.

Abstract:The pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC) was used to an investigation of the interaction of potassium salt flame suppressors with trimethylotethane reinitiate (TMETN) and burning catalyst used in NC/TMETN insensitive propellants during thermal decomposition. The data from thermal analyses show that there is an obvious interaction during thermal decomposition of the mixtures of potassium salt with Pb-Cu-CB catalyst and TMETN. Among three kinds of potassium salts, K3AlF6 has a destructive action for catalyst lead phthalate (Φ-Pb) decomposing into active component PbO. This may be one of the reasons that K3AlF6 make the propellant plateau effect disappear.

Abstract:Six kinds of substituted piperazine were synthesized,and the structures of these compounds were identified by 1HNMR、IR and elemental analysis. 4,10-dinitro-2,6,8,10-tetraoxa-4,10-diaza-tetrecyclo[5.5.0.05,903,11]-dodecane(TEX) was synthesized by nitrating these matrixs in different yields respectively, and the stability of the substituted piperazine explained why the yields were different.

Abstract:The thermal decomposition of some liquid energetic materials such as TEGDN,TMETN,NG,and GAP and some energetic materials that could melt when they are heated such as HMX,RDX,PDADN,DATH and TNT are investigated when they were at liquid state by using the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC).At different pressure,the different changes of the thermolysis enthalpy,ΔH,and the peak temperature of the DSC curve,Tm,are discussed.With pressure increasing,ΔH will increase and Tm will be larger because pressure can restrain the sublimation or volatilization of these energetic materials.The autocatalysis reaction,the second reaction between gaseous products and the competition of the decomposition between backbone and branch are intensified by increasing pressure. Tm of DSC curves of the compounds containing —N3 will not chang after pressure restrain their sublimation or volatilization and the thermolysis of these compounds shows special laws compared with other energetic materials.

Abstract:The variable temperature(room temperature to 98 ℃)-variable moisture circulation was used on every component in JH9005 and JBO9013 and binary systems of these components with CG47-2# binder.The compatibility of the binary system is studied by VST,TG,DTA and microcalorimetry,IR and GC-MS spectrum were used to analyse the parts of condensed phase and gas phase after interaction. The results show that under the conditions of variable temperature -variable moisture circulation, the imcompatibility between JBO9013 and CG47-2#binder mainly results from the imcompatibility of HMX with CG47-2# binder and that between JH9005 and CG47-2# binder mainly results from the imcompatibility of PVB with CG47-2# binder.

Abstract:Potassium picrate was prepared from picric acid. Potassium hydrate and its crystal structure was determined by a X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the crystal is of orthorhombic system. Space group is Ibca with crystal parameters of a=0.713 5(1) nm,b=1.333 2(1) nm,c=1.912 4(2) nm,V=1 819.1(3) nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.951 g·cm-3,μ=13.4 m-1,F(000)=1 072.

Abstract:Allochromatic BTF was prepared by irradiation. Its photochromic machanism was studied by UV-spectrophotometer,IR,laser photolysis equipment,ESR and quantitative analysis of allochromatic BTF by HPLC was discussed. The results showed that radical in BTF generats after irradiation through singlet and that 15% of BTF allochromated.

Abstract:This paper conducts perimental studies of the six new and energetic catalysts in the screw extruded energetic propellant with low signatrue. It is discovered that these catalysts are not only energetic, but also high activated. By these catalysts,the difficult technical problem about inferior burning rate′s propert of proellant with high RDX contect is successfully solved. These catalysts lead to the important roles in studing of energetic propellant with low signature.

Abstract:The features of the propellant combustion flame,such as high temperature,high pressure,transient,soot,and graded distribution of temperature and concentration,are described in brief,and the application of the CARS technique in propellant combustion diagnostics is introduced. Some key problems on the application of the CARS in propellant combustion diagnostics, such as accuracy,temporal resolution and space resolution,are discussed.
Abstract:The cloud (such as water cloud), which is formed by the inert substance suspending in the air, can prevent or suppress flame and shock wave′s propagation. Using a V-channel, water can be explosively dispersed to form water cloud, to get the aims of prevention or suppression of flame and propagation of shock wave. This paper presents the numerical simulation conducted on this process of explosive dispersion of water and formation of the water cloud. A comparison between the front trajectories of water cloud computed and the experimental data shows that the computed results are in good agreements with the experimented.

Abstract:The rules of dimension change of plastic bonded explosive PBX-TATB charges during thermal cycling were studied in detail, and the methods of reducing the permanent expansion were studied. The results showed that the growth of PBX-TATB charges mainly occurred during the first several cycles, and after 20 cycles the dimension of the charges wouldn′t expand no longer. It also found that the growth of the pellet can be decreased remarkably by using a binder with high glass transition temperature (Tg) instead of fluoropolymer.

Abstract:The compound of [NH2NHC(NH2)2]NO3 was prepared through the reaction of aminoguanidine bicarbonate and nitric acid solution. The crystal structure of [NH2NHC(NH2)2]NO3 was determined by the single crystal diffraction. The result shows that there is not any double-bond in the compound, and it′s a typical nitrate. The crystal is triclinic with space group Pī, a=0.602 8(1) nm,b=0.734 4(1) nm,c = 0.772 3(1) nm; α=104.850(10)°,β=110.450(10)°,γ=102.660(10)°; V=0.291 1(7) nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.564 g·cm-3,F(000)=144. The final R=0.032 7.
