Abstract:Twenty-six kinds of metal salts of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one were prepared and characterized by using modern analytical methods of element analysis, DSC measurement, TG analysis, 13C-NMR, XPS, electric conductivity, IR, and X-ray powder diffraction analysis. The results confirmed that these salts have a formula as M(NTO)m·nH2O.
Abstract:In this paper the current situation of heat-resistant explosives is briefly related, the characteristies of their molecular structures are analysed. On the basis of our expremental research works,some synthetic methods of new type of heat-resistant explosives are suggested.

Abstract:GPC and intrinsic viscosity measurements of vinylidene fluoriedchlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer (mole ratio 1: 4) in ethyl acetate at 25 C were done. Based on the principle of GPC universal calibration, a method was developed for determining the Mark-Houwink constants of the system. The values of K=1. 36×10-3 and α=0. 835 were obtained. When these results are used in the calculation for GPC, the intrinsic viscosity obtained therefrom is well agreeable to that from the viscosity method, and the max relative deviation between the values from two methods is less than 2%.
Abstract:The temperature distribution and thermal stress of JO-9159 explosive charges were calculated by the finite element method in this paper. Obtained results are suitable for controling environment temperature to prevent the charges from cracking in producing and storing processes.
