    Abstract:

    The composition and application of gas generantt were briefly introduced. The explosive performances and research progresses in the domestic and foreign synthesis for azole, guanidine and azine etc. gas producing fuel were mainly reviewed. The performances of traditional azide gas generants were compared, pointing out that new gas generant having the advantages of high gas producing amount, fast burning rate, low combustion temperature, good thermal stability, good process performance, non-toxicity, and green environmental protection is the focus of future research.
