The thermal stability of TEX and its mixtures respectively with HMX and RDX was characterized by VST，Bourdon type glass manometer test and critical temperature determination,and their theoretical half lives were calculated. The results show that TEX has a good thermal stability , and RDX and HMX have little influence on the thermal stability of TEX. Both of them have good compatibility with TEX.
