The process and coating mechanism of boron particles with titanium,zirconium,magnesium,GAP,AP,etc. were introduced. The effect of coated boron on the technology and combustion properties of boron-based propellant was discussed. The results showed that coating is the suitable way to improve the performance of boron-based propellant.
