    Abstract:

    Relationship between formulation constituents and signature characteristics was studied in the title propellant,containing polyether,nitrate ester and RDX. Theoretical result showed that the total content of Al2O3 and HCl in the combustion gas could be up to 87 percent lower than common HTPB propellant, when the content of AP and Al was controlled lower than 10% and 2% respectively. Microwave attenuation at 2 cm and 5 cm wavelength was measured for diverse formulations,the content of Al changing from 1% to 13%.
