    Abstract:

    Pentaerythritol diazido dinitrate(PDADN)was synthesized and characterized.Tbe results show that PDADN is a crystalline compound at ambient temperature and melts at 39.6～39.7℃,which is disagreed with the report of Frankel who concluded that PDADN is a colorless oil with n22.5D1. 5165.
