Abstract:TostudytheeffectofratioofsiliconcarbidetoepoxyresininSiCconductiveadhesiveontheperformancesofelectro
staticprotection,insulationresistanceandignitionsensitivityforelectricexplosivedevice,theratioofsiliconcarbidetoepoxyres
inwasadjusted,tenkindsofsiliconcarbideconductiveadhesivematerialswithdifferentproportionswereprepared.Accordingto
anelectrostaticdischargetestandamethodformeasuringinsulationresistanceprescribedinGJB5309.6 - 2004"Testmethodsfor
initiatingexplosivedevices",thehighestelectrostaticprotectionvoltage,theinsulationresistanceofthefootandshellandtheigni
tionperformanceparametersforastandardinitiatingexplosivedeviceundertheconditionthattheSiCconductiveadhesiveisnot
coatedandtheSiCconductiveadhesiveiscoatedwithdifferentproportionsweremeasured.Theinfluencelaw ofSiCconductive
adhesiveontheperformanceofelectricwasobtained.Resultsshowsthatwhentheratioofsiliconcarbidetoepoxyresinis
1.25∶1.thehighestelectrostaticvoltageprotectioncapabilityoftheinitiatingexplosivedevicereaches30kV,andwhenthetest
voltageislessthan100V,itcanmeettherequirementofinsulationresistancevalue>20MΩ,atthesametimeitdoesnotaffect
theignitionperformanceoftheproduct.
