    摘要:

    为实现中性大分子键合剂结构的均一性并提升其综合性能,设计合成新型单体丙烯酸氰乙酯(CEA),通过与丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)自由基共聚制备了新型中性大分子键合剂。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)对单体及聚合物进行了结构表征,测定了羟值及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。将键合剂应用于NEPE高能推进剂配方,考察了它对工艺及力学性能的影响。结果表明:CEA与HEA聚合活性匹配,聚合过程无需控制投料方式即可获得结构均一的共聚物。相较于传统中性键合剂,该键合剂使推进剂药浆屈服值和表观粘度分别降低至74.4 Pa与337 Pa·s,显著改善工艺性能,固化后药柱拉伸强度(0.98 MPa)与断裂伸长率(70.1%)分别提升22.5%与27.5%。

    Abstract:

    To achieve uniform structural composition of neutral macromolecular bonding agents and enhance their comprehensive performance, a novel monomer, cyanoethyl acrylate (CEA), was designed and synthesized. Through free radical copolymerization with hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), a new type of neutral macromolecular bonding agent was prepared. The structures of monomers and polymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and the hydroxyl value and glass transition temperature (Tg) were determined. The bonding agent was applied in NEPE high-energy propellant formulations to investigate its impact on the process and mechanical properties. Results show that CEA and HEA exhibit matched polymerization reactivity, enabling the production of structurally homogeneous copolymers without controlling the feed method. Compared to traditional neutral bonding agents, this bonding agent reduces the yield value of propellant slurry to 74.4 Pa and apparent viscosity to 337 Pa·s, making a notable improvement of processing performance. The propellant grain achieves tensile strength of 0.98 MPa and maximum elongation of 70.1% at ambient temperature, representing 22.5% and 27.5% improvements respectively.
