    摘要:

    为了发展新型的四唑类化合物,制备了一水合双四唑乙烷·四水合镁([Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O)和双四唑乙烷·五水合钙([Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n)两种新型四唑类化合物,采用溶剂挥发法培养了[Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O和[Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n的晶体,通过X射线单晶衍射法、红外光谱法和元素分析法对结构进行了表征。利用差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重(TG-DTG)等热分析方法研究了两种化合物的热分解性能,采用Kissinger法和Ozawa法求解了非等温动力学参数。结果表明:[Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O的晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=9.0367(18) Å,b=9.1427(18) Å,c=7.4491(15) Å,β=103.51(3)°,Z=2,[Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n的晶体属于正交晶系,Pnnm空间群,晶胞参数为a=11.205(2) Å,b=13.605(3) Å,c=7.1415(14) Å,Z=4。[Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O的第一放热峰峰顶温度为387.7 ℃,[Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n的第一放热峰峰顶温度为415.8 ℃。

    Abstract:

    To develop new series of tetrazole energetic materials, two new compounds, magnesium and calcium salts of 1,2-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)ethane ([Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O and [Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n) were prepared. Their single crystals were obtained by solvent evaporation method. The structures were fully characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis and FT-IR method. The thermal decomposition behavior of two compounds were studied by DSC and TG-DTG methods Their non-isothermal kinetic parameters were calculated by the Kissinger method and Ozawa method. Results show that [Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O belongs to monoclinic system,space group P21/c,cell parameters:a=9.0367(18) Å,b=9.1427(18) Å,c=7.4491(15) Å,β=103.51(3)°,Z=2. [Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n belongs to orthorhombic system, space group Pnnm, cell parameters: a=11.205(2) Å,b=13.605(3) Å,c=7.1415(14) Å,Z=4.The temperatures of first exothermic peak for [Mg(BTE)(H2O)4n·nH2O and [Ca(BTE)(H2O)5n are 387.7℃ and 415.8℃, respectively.
