    摘要:

    利用反应量热仪RC1e测定了氨基磺酸法合成二硝酰胺铵(ADN)过程中酸碱中和、硝硫混酸配制、低温硝化、胺化等4个工艺阶段的反应热释放速率及热传递系数、比热容等。结果表明,四个阶段的放热量分别为580,43.07,207.11,302.99 kJ,平均放热速率分别为188.44,12.22,33,125.41 W,反应体系绝热温升分别为123.25,19.40,126.53,91.48 K。

    Abstract:

    The heat release law of the synthesis process of ADN was determined using reaction calorimeter RC1e. The technical process comprises four stages: neutralization, mixing of nitric acid and sulfuric acid, nitration under lower temperature and amination. At the same time, the reaction thermodynamic data including heat transfer coefficient, heat capacity were determined. Results show that, with the corresponding reaction system, the reaction heat of four stages are 580, 43.07, 207.1, 302.99 kJ, and the average heat release rate are 188.44, 12.22, 33, 125.41 W, and the adiabatic temperature rise(ΔTad) are 123.25 K, 19.40 K, 126.53 K and 91.48 K.
