    摘要:

    用方差分析法检验了双基推进剂改铵铜-3在75 ℃的老化时间(tage)与由120 ℃加热试验所得的未老化和老化试样的标准甲基紫变色时间(tcch)和甲基紫的至爆时间(texp)之间的相关性。结果表明,对tcch,统计量F<F0.99,表明tcch 与 tage的相关性不显著,tcch不能用作评价推进剂安全储存寿命的判剧。对texp,F>F0.99,表明texp与 tage的相关性显著,texp可作为评价推进剂贮存寿命的判剧。

    Abstract:

    The correlation of the ageing time of double-base propellant GATo-3 at 75 ℃(tage) between the times needed for color change of standard methyl violet test (tcch)and between the time-to-explosion of standard methyl violet tests at 120 ℃(texp)for aged and unaged samples is verified by variance analysis. Results show that (1)because statistic F<F0.99 for tcch, the relativity between variables, tage and tcch is not obvious and tcch can not be used as a criterion for evaluating the safety storage life of the propellant, (2)because F>F0.99 for texp, the relativity between tage and texp is obvious and texp can be used as a criterion of evaluating the safety storage life of the propellant.
