    摘要:

    利用动态热机械分析仪研究了在65 ℃下老化不同天数的NEPE-5推进剂的物理性能。在-20 ~40 ℃的温度范围内tanδ随老化时间有规律地变化,玻璃态转变区域的比热容和粘弹系数Cg1、Cg2均随老化时间的增加而降低。在高温段(0~40 ℃),老化少于60 天的样品的储能模量和损耗模量均变化不大,而在老化60 天之后变化却很大。

    Abstract:

    The physical properties of aged NEPE-5 under 65 ℃ were measured by using the dynamic mechanical analysis and the change of dynamic properties were analyzed. The data varied regularly with the increase of aging time when the temperature ranged from -20 ℃ to 40 ℃. The specific heat around vitrification and viscoelastic coefficient and all decreased with the increase of aging time. At high temperature section (0~40 ℃),the storage modulus and the loss modulus changed little when the samples were aged for less than 60 days, whereas increased greatly with the increase of aging time after aged for 60 days.
