    摘要:

    采用变温(室温至98 ℃)-变湿循环处理方式对JBO9013和JH9005中的每一单组分以及这些组分同CG47-2#胶两两接触构成的体系进行湿热循环处理,并用VST、TG、DTA和微热量热计对体系的相容性进行了测定,对作用后的部分凝聚相和气相分别进行了IR和GC-MS分析。结果表明: (1) 在变温-变湿条件下,JBO9013与CG47-2#胶不相容的原因主要是HMX与CG47-2#胶不相容所致; (2) 在变温-变湿条件下,JH9005与CG47-2#胶不相容的原因主要是PVB与CG47-2#胶不相容所致。

    Abstract:

    The variable temperature(room temperature to 98 ℃)-variable moisture circulation was used on every component in JH9005 and JBO9013 and binary systems of these components with CG47-2# binder.The compatibility of the binary system is studied by VST,TG,DTA and microcalorimetry,IR and GC-MS spectrum were used to analyse the parts of condensed phase and gas phase after interaction. The results show that under the conditions of variable temperature -variable moisture circulation, the imcompatibility between JBO9013 and CG47-2#binder mainly results from the imcompatibility of HMX with CG47-2# binder and that between JH9005 and CG47-2# binder mainly results from the imcompatibility of PVB with CG47-2# binder.
